These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clever Grows website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Clever Grows provides digital marketing services for businesses, including website design, Google review management, and Google Business Profile optimization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Clever Grows may send SMS messages to users who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, service notifications, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send a confirmation, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Opt back in: Re-subscribe using the same method you used to enroll originally.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your use of this messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

As part of our services, Clever Grows may send review-request text messages (SMS) to your customers on your behalf. You authorize Clever Grows to send these messages using the phone numbers you provide or that are collected through your customer interactions, and you are responsible for making sure each customer has agreed to receive them before we send anything.

• Verbal consent: You may obtain a customer's consent verbally — for example, by asking them in person or over the phone whether they agree to receive a review request by text. Before we send, you confirm to us that consent was given, and you keep a record of it.
• What we send: Messages typically include a short request to leave a review and a link to your review page. No marketing or promotional content is included unless you separately authorize it.
• Customer opt-out: Your customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will honor the opt-out and stop sending to that number.
• Your responsibility: You agree to share only phone numbers for customers who have consented, to keep accurate consent records, and to provide them to us, the carriers, or regulators if requested.

Fees and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your services.

While we work hard to improve your online presence, results such as search rankings, review counts, and lead volume depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Upon full payment, you own the final website and content created for you, excluding third-party tools, fonts, or licensed assets. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clever Grows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as Google) and messaging providers (such as Twilio) to send review requests and other messages. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or changes of these platforms, and you agree to comply with their terms.

Either party may end the service relationship as described in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to that point.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
